Monongahela will hold its Halloween parade at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24, with lineup at Chess Park. Buffalo Township area children are invited to trick-or-treat from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31 in the Buffalo Grange hall, 429 Pleasant Valley Road. There will be decorations, candy stations and fishing for a prize in the Halloween pond. Parents can park in the lot behind the grange hall.
