Morflak – Heater
Kayla Heater and Richard Morflak were united in marriage May 4, 2013, on the 10th green at the Mountainview Resort & Golf Club in Morgantown, W.Va. The Rev. James Murphy, cousin of groom, officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Susan and J. Michael Eddy of Waynesburg. Her grandparents are John and Nancy Eddy of Deltona, Fla., and Mary Jane Brown of Glen Allen, Va.
Parents of the bridegroom are Richard and Patricia Morflak of Houston. His grandparents are the late Foldy and Sophie Morflak and the late Frank and Mary Rambeau.
The bride was given in marriage by her son, Ethan Heater and father.
Maid of honor for her sister was Rachel Heater. Bridesmaids were Alicia Patton, sister of the bride; Jessica Blair; Janelle Lorsen, cousin of the bride; and Bethany Day.
Flower girls were nieces of the bride, Madelyn Patton, Lilly Patton and Chloe Patton.
Michael Morflak, brother of groom served as best man. Ushers were Joseph Guley, Chad Roberts, Brian Miles and Ryan Rinker
A reception was held in the Chestnut Ballroom at Mountainview Resort & Golf Club.
