Chartiers-Houston Community Library will sponsor a luncheon and fashion show from noon to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Chartiers Township Volunteer Fire Department social hall. Fashions will be provided by Phyllis’ Fashion. A three-course lunch will include stuffed chicken breast, potatoes, green beans, salad, coffee, tea and dessert.
