Lemley – Hartzell
Brookside Farms in Louisville, Ohio, was the setting for the wedding of Ashley Hartzell and Aaron Lemley, who were united in marriage September 13, 2013, with Dan Getkin of Pittsburgh officiating the 5:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mark and Denise Hartzell of Canton, Ohio. Her grandparents are Donald and Nila Baad of Bolivar, Ohio, and the late Wade and Norma Hartzell.
Parents of the bridegroom are Timothy and Sharon Lemley of Washington. His grandparents the late Francis (Barney) and Katherine Lemley and the late E. Vernon and Doris Hickman.
Matron of honor for her sister was Meagan Sanders of Canton, Ohio. Bridesmaids were Kristin Hartzell of Massillion, Ohio, sister-in-law of bride; Dani Fulmer of Nashville, Tenn.; Heather Lemley of Bridgeville, sister of groom; and Brittany Spino of Cleveland, Ohio. Flower girls were Kate Sanders, Abigail Hartzell, Emma Hartzell and Annie Sanders, nieces of bride.
Best man for his son was Timothy Lemley. Ushers were Bret Hartzell of Massillion, Ohio, brother of bride; Tim Sanders of Canton, Ohio, brother-in-law of bride; Cory Gold of New York City and Matt Horne of Louisville, Ky. Ring bearers were Garrett Sanders, nephew of bride, and Aiden Caldwell, cousin of groom.
Readers were Donald Baad, grandfather of bride and Alex Al Doory.
Vocalist was Brenda Mahler accompanied by Matt Horne on guitar.
A reception was held at the wedding site.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School in Canton and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She is a marketing and development associate for Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University. She is a marketing specialist at Santeon Group Inc. in Reston, Va.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to Costa Rica.
