In celebration of the 200th anniversary of the LeMoyne family’s move to Maiden Street in Washington, the Washington County Historical Society will hold a housewarming party from 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Elks Lodge, 138 E. Maiden St., Washington.

Cost is $50. Housewarming gifts will be accepted and added to a Chinese auction. There also will be food, spirits, horse-drawn carriage rides, entertainment, complementary caricatures by Clarence Butler, the Chinese auction and a live auction with a framed, signed Nat Youngblood print of “Mudder’s Day” and a framed, signed and numbered Ray Forquer print of “In From the Fields.”
