Weiss – 100 years
Gerard A. Weiss of Southmont of Presbyterian SeniorCare will celebrate his 100th birthday with a family gathering planned for the weekend of Feb. 15-17.
He was born February 3, 1913, in Lansdale.
On September 9, 1939, he married Emily Hubbel, who is deceased.
His five children are John (Elaine) Weiss of Ithaca, N.Y., Gerard (Nancy) Weiss of Washington, Star (Russell) Fuoco of Victoria, British Colombia, Emily (William) McClung of Amherst, Mass., and Bonnie (Sam) Gauvin of Kent, N.Y.
He also has 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Weiss was a lawyer and member of the New York State Bar. He was the youngest admitted to the New York State Bar at the age of 21.
