Souper bowl luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at Salvation Army, 60 E. Maiden St., Washington. Cost is $7. Call in orders for delivery from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 724-225-5740.
