Washington Financial donates to charities

Washington Financial Bank awarded $25,000 to 21 charities based on customer votes as part of the bank’s Customer Choice Program.
The following charities received donations: American Cancer Society, Brownson House, Child Evangelism Outreach, Citizens Library, City Mission, Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Faith in Action, Family Promise of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Greater Washington Counmty Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Hickory United Presbyterian Church, Make-A-Wish Foundation, McMurray Lions Club, NCCAP of Washington, Pet Search, Salvation Army, Washington Area Humane Society, Washington Christian Outreach, Washington County Marine Corps League, Washington-Greene Blind Association and Washington-Greene County Toys for Tots.
Since the inception of its Customer Choice Program, Washington Financial has allocated more than $775,000 to community organizations.
