Charleroi to hold park programs

Charleroi Borough will hold activities for 4- to 12-year-olds nearly every Tuesday at Crest Park and every Thursday at Woodland Park, beginning June 25.
A schedule will be posted on Charleroi’s Facebook page, online at www.charleroiborough.org and at the borough office. There will be team games, partner games and individual games/activities. Team games include kickball, whiffle ball and basketball. Partner games will include balloon toss, scavenger hunt and races. The day will end with arts and crafts or another activity.
Drinks will be provided, and water sprinklers will be available.
In addition, there will be two movie nights each month through the middle of August.
Children 10 and younger must be accompanied by a parent.
