First Baptist Church of Clarksville will observer Deacon Rally Day at 3:30 p.m. today. Guest speaker will be the Rev. DeVaul Tracy of Beulah Baptist Church of Smithfield.

The second annual Night in Blue policemen’s ball will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at South Hills Country Club, Whitehall. Dinner will be served at 7:15 p.m., and entertainment will begin at 8:30 p.m. with Jimbo and the Soupbones.
