C-M superintendent attends summit

Canon-McMillan School District Superintendent Michael Daniels was selected by the District Administration Leadership Institute to join a select group of 65 superintendents at the Superintendents Summit recently held in LaJolla, Calif.

The institute’s executive director, Dr. Randall Collins, led the summit filled, which included cutting-edge sessions on educational excellence, innovative practices, technological advancements and fresh perspectives. The program included a focus on increasing public support for public schools, managing technology in education and strategies for success in reading and math.
