Roger and Donna Bedillion of Houston announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie, to Andrew McKinney, son of Chris McKinney and Barbara McKinney, both of Washington.

Julie’s grandparents are Norman Bedillion of Washington, the late Jean Bedillion and the late Ken and Louise Robinson.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and a 2006 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College. She is employed by PNC Financial Services Inc.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and attended Waynesburg University. He is employed by Advent Communications as an account manager.

The couple plan a spring 2014 wedding.
