The Harmony Singers of Pittsburgh will present their 45th annual spring show at 8 p.m. May 18 and 2 p.m. May 19 at Chartiers Valley Intermediate School, 2030 Swallow Hill Road, Pittsburgh.

This year’s show, “Born to be Somebody,” features songs that define the human spirit. Selections include “Get on Your Feet,” “I’ve Gotta Be Me” and “The Wind Beneath My Wings.”

While the Harmony Singers is primarily a choral group, their annual show features several choreographed numbers, including a tap dance.

Tickets sold in advance are $12 for adults and $10 for senior citizens and children younger than 12, and are available from cast members or by calling 724-941-5343. Discounted tickets, $10 for groups of 10 or more, also can be purchased in advance. All tickets at the door are $15.

A free-will collection will be held at each performance to benefit the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Holiday Project.
