Monika DeBolt graduated with a certificate of advanced graduate study in school psychology from Duquesne University. She received a master of science in education in child psychology in August 2011 from Duquesne University. She completed her undergraduate studies in May 2010 at the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in psychology with a minor in German. She is a 2006 graduate of Trinity High School and is completing internship requirements. Her parents are Scott and Carol DeBolt of Washington.
Mark Dami was named to the dean’s list at Waynesburg University, where he is majoring in nursing. Dami is a member of the work study program, serves as a tutor in human physiology and is a member of the Activity Club. He is a 2012 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and is employed by The Golf Club of Washington. His parents are Rich and Terri Dami of Canonsburg.
Brian Kriston, son of Mark and Marian Kriston of McMurray, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he majored in business management with a human resource concentration. He is a 2009 graduate of Peters Township High School and interned with the Johnstown Tomahawks hockey team.
Marisa Midler graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, where she majored in communication and rhetoric and nonfiction English. She is a member of the OCC Honorary Society. Midler is a 2009 graduate of Avella High School and is a Windows U Crew representative. Her parents are Paul and Donna Midler of Avella.
Katrina Miller, a communications and media arts major, received the John R. Taylor Award at Bethany College. The award is presented to a student who demonstrates exceptional scholastic achievement; service to the college and an understanding of the core liberal arts values expressed in the mission documents of Bethany. Miller also received the Charlotte Manion Yurko Award as the communications senior with the highest scholastic average in the major, the E. E. Roberts Distinguished Prize in campus journalism for outstanding work with student media and the Eugene Miller Award as a student who has made a significant contribution to communications and to economics and business. She also was on the swimming and cross country teams and is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She is a 2008 graduate of Avella High School. Her parents are Roy and Georgann Miller of Avella.
Stewart Pozzuto graduated from Baldwin Wallace University, where he majored in accounting and finance. Pozzuto earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master of business administration degree in accouting. He was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and was vice president of membership development. He was secretery of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society, a member of the Accounting Association and a four-year varsity letterwinner on the track team. His parents are Fred and Leslie Pozzuto of Washington. He is employed by Ernest & Young LLP, Cleveland, Ohio. He is a 2008 graduate of Trinity High School.
