Armstrong – Prager
Wayne and Sue Ann Armstrong of Washington announce the engagement of their son, Andrew Stuart, to Alison Anne Prager, daughter of Jay and Judy Prager of Moundsville, W.Va.
Andrew’s grandparents are Mabel Jorden of Bedford, the late William C. Armstrong and the late Roy and Lucile Pauley.
His fiancee’s grandparents are Patricia L. Tolbert of St. Clairsville, Ohio, the late Edwin Tolbert and the late Edmund and Freda Lewicki.
The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2012 graduate of West Virginia University, where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He is employed as an operations support specialist at Fairmont Supply Co. in Washington.
Alison is a 2008 graduate of John Marshall High School in Glendale, W.Va., and a 2012 graduate of West Virginia University, where she was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority. She plans to enter Washington Hospital School of Nursing in January.
A June 28, 2014, wedding is planned.
