Snyder – Koenig
The beach at Bald Head Island, N.C., was the setting for the wedding of Jessica Koenig and Russell Snyder III, who were united in marriage September 14, 2013, with the Rev. Gary Albertson officiating the 6:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Susan Koenig of Beulah, Mich., and the late Roland Koenig. Her grandparents are the late Walter and Elsie Koenig and the late Elmer and Lillian Goodwin.
Parents of the bridegroom are Russell Snyder Jr. and Dawn Snyder and Agnes and William McClelland. His grandparents are Kathryn Snyder, the late Russell Snyder Sr. and the late William and Genevieve Raspet.
The bride was given in marriage by her mother and brother, Matt Koenig.
A reception was held at a beach home at wedding site.
The bride is a graduate of Chatham High School in New Jersey and the University of North Carolina. She is clinical research manager at Pharmaceutical Product Develoment Wilmington.
The groom is graduate of Trinity High School and West Virginia University. He is employed at Siena Trattoria in Wilmington.
The newlyweds plan an delayed honeymoon trip to Costa Rica and make their home in Wilmington.
