Pastor Clifford Carter of Antioch Baptist Church of Belle Vernon will be installed today as president of the Pennsylvania Baptist State Convention.

The installation will begin at 3 p.m. at Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association Christian Center, 21 Duck Hollow Road, Uniontown. The Rev. Allen B. Green of Second Baptist Church will speak, along with the YWBA mass choir providing music. A reception will follow.
