George – Salsbury
Gina Salsbury and Brian George were married August 10, 2013, in Claysville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rico Vespa officiating the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Barry and Kathy Salsbury of Claysville. Her grandparents are Richard Salsbury of West Alexander and Joe and Doris Giacometti of Houston.
Parents of the bridegroom are Brian George Sr. of Forest Hill, Md., and Robin George of York Haven. His grandparents are Danny and Marie Sell of Harve de Grace Md., Gertrude George of Chester, Md., and the late Charles George.
The bride given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Desiree Mounts of Claysville. Bridesmaids were Jenee Reynier of Washington, cousin of the bride, and Katie George of Indiana, Pa., sister of groom. Flower girl was Joella Calvert bride’s cousin.
Best man was Sean Hofstadter of Montgomery, Ala. Ushers were Sean Franklin and Randall Jones, both of Montgomery. Ala. Ring bearer was Abraham Calvert, bride’s cousin.
A reception was held at Julian’s.
The new Mrs. George is a 2010 graduate of McGuffey High School and a 2011 graduate of Western Area Career and Technology Center in Canonsburg. She is a licensed practical nurse.
Mr. George is a 2008 graduate of Northeastern High School in Manchester. He is serving in the U.S. Air Force as a computer programmer.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to Hawaii and make their home in Montgomery, Ala.
