Jefferson Township Historical Society will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday in the White Church, Eldersville. “Civil War Living History” will be presented by historian Chris Sedlak.

Claysville Cemetery will hold fall cleanup Monday. Lot owners who want to save decorations should remove them in advance.

Fort Cherry Elementary Center will hold its Title 1 meeting from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the elementary center. Waynesburg Central High School’s marching band is selling cash bash tickets for the month of December. Cost is $20. John McMillan Presbyterian Church, 875 Clifton Road, Bethel Park, will host its annual Christmas Affair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 2. The event will include more than 55 crafters and features the JMPC Bakery, Gingerbread House, a Chinese Auction, Kris Kringle Kafe and an Angel Emporium Tree. Admission is free, and all proceeds benefit local and worldwide missions.
