Warholak – Brandenburg
Fort Cherry Golf Club, McDonald, was the site for the wedding of Renee Brandenburg and Ben Warholak, who were married August 10, 2013. The Rev. Jack Emerick officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Ron and Nancy Brandenburg of Avella. Her grandparents are Ron Brandenburg of Avella and the late Patsy Brandenburg.
The bridegroom’s parents are Paul and Donna Warholak of Avella. His grandparents are Isabel Warholak of Pittsburgh, the late Paul Warholak Sr., Ann Dierker of Pittsburgh and the late Don Dierker.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Kaitlyn Taylor of Clayton, N.C. Bridesmaids were Kirsten Warholak of Avella, sister of the groom; Kelly Goode of Indianapolis; and Ashley Cassidy of Burgettstown.
Flower girl was Jordan Keener, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Chris Khouri of Avella. Ushers were Joe Zatta, Joe Bianchin and Ben Geresti, all of Avella. Ring bearer was Paige Keener, cousin of the bride.
A reception was held at the wedding site.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Avella High School and a 2009 graduate of Bethany College, Bethany, W.Va. She is employed at Select Energy Services in Southpointe.
Her husband is a 2007 graduate of Avella High School. He is employed by Pittsburgh Plumbers Local 27.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to Ocean City, Md.
