A spaghetti dinner to benefit FosterCat Inc. will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Wallace Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1146 Greentree Road, Green Tree. Tickets are $9 for adults and $4 for children ages 12 and younger. Take-out orders will be available. There will be a Chinese auction and 50-50 raffle. A buffet breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Claysville United Methodist Church, 1279, Route 40 W. A love offering will be accepted. Proceeds benefit the sanctuary ceiling repair. Take-out orders will be available.

Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Room 104, Courthouse Square. The program will be a digital gallery. Bring four digital images on a flash drive.

Washington Art Association will host an open house at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in its studio at Citizens Library, Washington. Current members will welcome potential students, view the recently painted Italian villa wall mural and announce upcoming events. Peters Township Mighty Indian Marching Band hosts its annual band festival at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 at Peters Township High School Stadium, 264 E. McMurray Road. Bands performing include Bethel Park, Canon-McMillan, Chartiers-Houston, North Hills, West Greene and Peters Township. Thiel College is the featured college band. Tickets will be sold at the gate and cost $6 for adults and $4 for students and senior citizens.

Venetia Heritage Society will hold a flea market from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 21 at Venetia Community Center, 800 Venetia Road. Vendors can reserve an area for $10.
