The newly formed Mon Valley Toastmasters will hold club meetings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the first and third Thursdays of the month, beginning April 17, at Center in the Woods, Brownsville.

Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations.

Mon Valley Toastmasters is a member of District 13, which is composed of more than 78 corporate and community clubs in western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and parts of Ohio and Maryland.
