West End Neighborhood Watch Chapter 1 will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the West Washington United Methodist Church hall.

Uniform, shoe and accessory sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 21 and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 22 in the community room at Washington Hospital. The sale is sponsored by the Washington Auxiliary. All proceeds will benefit the Washington Health System.

Ice Cream Social sponsored by the Auxiliary of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc. will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 22 in the Education Conference Center at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Lunch and sundaes will be available. Proceeds will be used to enhance services for patients and visitors at the hospital. For more information, call 724-258-1167.

St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, 601 Boone Ave., Canonsburg, will hold a rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 22 and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 23. Household, kitchen, holiday items, children’s entertainment, clothing, electronics, sporting goods, tools and collectibles will be for sale.
