Western Pennsylvania Lensshooters camera club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Peters Township Public Library. Guest speaker will be Carolyn Cronk, who grew up in Peters Township and now lives in Colorado. She will speak about her travel to Nepal. This month’s photo theme is “RED.” Club members are free to photograph anything that relates to the color red. Only one image per photographer is permitted. West End Neighborhood Watch Chapter 1 will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in West Washington United Methodist Church Hall.

Light-up Night at the one-room schoolhouse in East Finley Township Park will begin at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Santa will visit at 7, and fireworks take place at 8.

The Auxiliary of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc. will hold a $5 jewelry sale from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 15-16 in the Education Conference Center at Monongahela Valley Hospital. A variety of costume jewelry will be available for purchase. Free parking will be provided with any purchase. Proceeds will be used to enhance services for MVH patients and visitors.
