Souper Bowl Sunday is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Fourth Presbyterian Church Family Center, Jefferson and Wylie avenues, Washington. Eat in or take out. Homemade soup, salad and desserts will be available. Cost is $8 per person. Proceeds benefit Kiwanis charities and the Fourth Presbyterian Church mission fund.

Washington Corps of the Salvation Army, 60 E. Maiden St., Washington, will hold its monthly rummage sale Tuesday. Doors will open at 9 a.m., and the bag sale will begin at noon.

Pike Run 4-H will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Grace United Methodist Church, 420 California Drive, Coal Center. Refreshments will be provided by the Breeding and Market Goat Projects. A possible hoagie sale to help defray the cost of the yearly registration will be discussed. Members must register by March 11. Cost of $35. Bring donations for the Washington Food Bank. New members welcome.

Western Pennsylvania Lensshooters Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Peters Township Public Library. Chris Keys will talk about and demonstrate water drop photography. Members and guests are encouraged to bring cameras and close-up lenses. Members are reminded to pick up photographs that have been on display in the library. This month’s photo theme is winter. One image per photographer is permitted. Digital images must be submitted to Bob Peirce (bob@peirce-family.com_ by Sunday.
