Winters – Payne
Announcement is made of the engagement of Susanna Payne and David Winters II.
Susanna’s parents are Kurwin and Susan Payne of Grindstone.
Parents of the future groom are David Winters Sr. of Muse and Virginia Baldwin of Washington.
The bride-to-be is a 1992 graduate of Brownsville High School and a 2000 graduate of Western School of Health and Business. She is a secretary at Greene County Courthouse.
Her fiance is a 1991 graduate of Washington High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He is a corrections officer for SCI Greene in Waynesburg.
The couple plan an April 14 wedding.
