Write On Kids contest at library

The fifth annual PBS Write On Kids writing contest will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Peters Township Public Library.
The Children’s Department is partnering with WQED-TV to host the event, which encourages students in kindergarten through third grade to write and illustrate their own stories for the chance to win prizes.
During the program, children will write a story, make revisions, create illustrations and prepare to submit them to the Write On Kids competition.
