Gathering Place Coffee Shop schedules variety of events
The Gathering Place Coffee Shop at Paris Presbyterian Church, 127 Steubenville Pike, has planned a variety of events for February.
They include:
• Valentine’s dinner and concert, 6 p.m. Feb. 14. A spaghetti dinner will be followed by “A Night of Agape Love with the Men in Ministry” featurinig the Chrisagis Brothers and Bob Wolfe.
Reservations are required by Feb. 9.
• Coffee with author Bob Wolfe, noon Feb. 26. Lunch will be served, and Wolfe will talk about his book, “The Way I See It,” which takes a look at life, love and laughter. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
• Evening of Music featuring Tammy Davis, 7 p.m. Feb. 28. Davis grew up singing in the church and at family gatherings. She traveled last summer with Goldwing Express bluegrass band and has opened for Tracy Byrd, Gary Allen, Oak Ridge Boys and Ronnie Milsap.
