Mon Valley YMCA begins new session

The Mon Valley YMCA will begin new sessions of fitness classes for July and August.

Balanced Body, which includes 45 group fitness classes, will begin Monday. A new class, Ballet Burn, will be held at 7:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.

Water exercise, including Splash, aqua Zumba, arthritis, Wet Vest, Splashdance and aqua fit, also begins Monday.

Boot Camp for Kids, held Wednesdays, begins a new session July 9. Classes for 5- to 8-year-olds begins at 5:45 p.m., and classes 8- to 13-year-olds begins at 6:30 p.m.
