Hammond – Sparks
Megan Sparks and Thomas Hammond were united in marriage June 28, 2014, at Breezy Heights Pavilion. Maurine Wahn officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Lori Sparks of Claysville and the late Robert Sparks. Her grandparents are the late Robert and Dora Sparks and James and Margaret Kelsall.
Parents of the bridegroom are Oliver and Deborah Hammond of Burgettstown. His grandparents are Mary Qualls and Mary Hammond.
The bride was given in marriage by her mother.
Maid of honor for her sister was Hollie Sparks. Bridesmaids were Dana Hammond, sister of the groom, Michelle Hammond, sister-in-law of the groom, and Magan Craig, Andrea Strauss and Ruthi Hulbert.
Flower girl was Riley Hammond, niece of the groom.
Oliver Hammond III, brother of the groom, served as best man. Ushers were JR Warrick, Dustin Markovich, Coleman Craig, Nathan Strauss and Scott Schmidt.
Ring bearer was Weston Craig.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of McGuffey High School and a 2012 graduate of Western Governor’s University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a senior job cost accountant at Crown Castle.
Mr. Hammond is a 2005 graduate of Avella High School. He is a union laborer in Pittsburgh.
A reception was held at Breezy Heights Pavilion.
