Announcement is made of the engagement of Stacy McDonald and Jason Russell, both of Washington.

Stacy’s parents are Catherine Maxwell of Washington and the late Kenneth W. McDonald.

Jason’s parents are David and Pamela Russell of Washington.

The future bride is a 1996 graduate of McGuffey High School and a 1998 graduate of Penn Commercial with an associate degree in specialized business. She is employed as a medical assistant with Allegheny Health Systems.

Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of Trinity High School. He is employed by Russell Brothers.

A September 13, 2014, wedding is planned.
