Pressley Ridge recently received a donation from 4moms to help families in Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Washington and Greene counties.

The nonprofit organization’s Parent Child Foster Care program, which provides support and placement to young parents with a child in a supportive foster home, was the beneficiary.

According to Damon E. Thompson, director of the Parent Child Foster Care program, “Not only does their gift provide bedding for two pregnant girls currently in our program, but it assisted in furnishing the children’s play area.”

In total, 4moms’ contribution will help more than 40 families in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, as well as one participant at Pressley Ridge’s 20th annual Ice Cream Fundae at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium in August.

Headquartered in Pittsburgh, 4moms designs innovative baby products that make life easier for parents.
