Wise – Mikalik
Announcement is made of the February 1 engagement of Sarah Elizabeth Mikalik and Brian Michael Warren Wise.
Sarah’s parents are Stephen Jr. and Rebecca Mikalik of Carmichaels, and her grandparents are Mary (Betty, Jer) Bencze of Carmichaels and the late Bill Bencze.
Brian’s parents are Donald L. and Pamela Wise of Waynesburg, and his grandparents are Freemont and Mary Lou Wise of Waynesburg and the late John and Bethel Smalske.
The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School. She is a senior at Penn State University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in childhood and early adolescent education.
The future groom is a 2008 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and a 2012 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in security and risk analysis, specializing in information and cyber security, and a minor in information sciences and technology.
A summer/fall wedding is being planned.
