‘Carpathian Cookery’ available for sale

St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church’s “Carpathian Cookery” cookbook has entered its 16th printing and is available for sale.
The cookbook was by the Library of Congress for its ethnic cooking collection. The 330-page cookbook has a new look and features a protective plastic cover. The book includes sections on Christmas and Easter customs and recipes, such as traditional Rusyn and Slavic foods, other ethnic dishes and recipes from parishioners.
Cost is $14 plus $4 for postage and shipping.
