Finelli–Bell
John and Elsie Irene Bell of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany, to Vincent Finelli, son of Roland and Cheryl Finelli.
Brittany’s grandparents are the late Joseph and Margaret Bell and the late Alfred and Evelyn Ralston. Her fiance’s grandparents are Mary Lou Lang of Canonsburg and the late Jack Lang and the late Orlando and Marietta Finelli.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg with a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice. She is employed by Washington County as a corrections officer and at Roland’s Trattoria.
The future groom is a 2007 graduate of McGuffey High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in management information systems. He is a manager for Roland’s Trattoria.
A December 2015 wedding is planned.
