Wheeler–Nice
Gary and Denise Nice of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Rae, to Jason Robert Wheeler, son of Mary Wheeler of Meadow Lands and the late Robert Wheeler.
The bride-to-be graduated from West Liberty University with a bachelor of science degree and her PHR certification. She is a recruiter at Halliburton.
The future groom earned an associate of computer science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a technical specialist at Washington Penn Plastic.
A wedding is planned for 2015 and the couple will live in Washington.
