Hi everyone!

Today, we will look at essentials for your closet this fall. Let’s begin.

A plain T-shirt: Everyone needs at least one plain T-shirt. Don’t tuck it in. Leave it out and add a sweater or jacket with a skirt or jeans. Jewelry can be added if the occasion calls for dressing up or dressing down. Preferably, the shirt is tight-fitted.

Dark colored jeans: Oh, I love a purple color scheme for this! Try cranberry, plum, blueberry, burgundy, beige or black. These are great colors that go with almost everything. I prefer skinny jeans, but I’m also 13 and female. Low-rise or high-waisted jeans are good, but keep your body shape in mind.

Light sweaters: Color doesn’t matter but collars are nice assets. Whether it’s lace or knit, the sweater should give you a nice warm, happy feeling!

Combat boots: These go especially well with skinny jeans. Combat boots really give off an edgy look, but can be toned down to look really sweet and cute!

Light leather jacket: Your jacket should either be black or brown, same as your boots, so it doesn’t clash with the rest of your outfit. You can wear anything under these jackets! Try to stay away from too many zippers and buckles. Keep it simple so the attention stays on you.

Make up: It’s the time of year you can have darker eyes with light lips or dark lips with light eyes, and it doesn’t matter. Try to stay away from deep, dark colors and don’t make your eyes and lips dark. This is also the time of year when blush is unnecessary. Try a smoky eye with nude lips or red lips with skin-based shadow and mascara.

Hair: It’s time to put your flower crowns and bright bows away. Try braiding your hair to the side or in a ponytail. Fall hair can be very simple and classy. Mess up your bun and pull your hair while in a ponytail. Messy but neat hair is fall hair. Make sure to stock up on bobby pins.

Fragrance: This fall, I’ve used a mixture of “One Love” by Auric Blends, fine perfume oils and “Cherry Blossom” in the love and beauty collection by Forever21. If you don’t like cherries don’t get these perfumes. Instead, try pumpkin spice or apple cinnamon. Anything with a hint of nature is good.

Well, those are eight tips to get started on fall shopping!

Just remember, the most important thing is to feel comfortable.
