McClay – Hollick
Britney Riana Hollick and Mitchell Martin McClay, both of Canonsburg, were united in marriage August 30, 2014, at the Church of the Covenant, Washington, with the Rev. Emily Miller officiating the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Bob and Judy Hollick of Washington. Her grandparents are Bob and Velma Hollick of Washington and the late William and Aileen MacIntyre.
Parents of the bridegroom are Shawn and Kris McClay of Washington. His grandparents are Gerald and Mary Chambers of Washington, Terry and Anne Lemley of Washington and the late Frank and Lorraine McClay.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Brianna Hollick of Washington, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Breanne Belfiore of Houston, Alicia Densmore of Pittsburgh, Michelle Fitzgerald of Philadelphia, Sarah Kyper of Irwin and Marissa Lucas of Washington.
Flower girl was Anna Chambers, cousin of the groom.
Best man was Mackenzie McClay of Washington, brother of the groom.
Ushers were Ryan Densmore of Pittsburgh, Erik Fargo of McMurray, Jim Pasquine of Pittsburgh, Eric Shargots of Washington and Cory Swope of Zanesville, Ohio.
Ring bearer was Blake Merckle, cousin of the bride.
Readers were Mallory DeMico of Coraopolis, cousin of the bride, and Megan Chicone of Bridgeville, cousin of the bride.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2012 graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. She is a licensed agent with Bob Hollick State Farm Insurance and is the assistant varsity cheerleading coach at Chartiers-Houston High School.
Mr. McClay is a 2006 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2010 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English. He is operations manager for Stallion Oilfield Services in Carmichaels.
A reception was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh – Southpointe.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia.
