Horses with Hope therapeutic riding program will hold a bowling fundraiser from noon to 3 p.m. Nov. 16 at Meadow Lanes Bowling, The Meadows Casino. Cost is $30 per person or $150 for teams of six. Managing Your Diabetes will be held from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 4- 6 at Mon-Vale HealthPLEX. The diabetes self-management class focuses on counting carbohydrate intake. Registration deadline is Tuesday. For more information or to register, call 724-258-1483.

Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Flyers Cub, Washington County Airport. Mark Marietta will present a program on “Andrea Mosaics and Mirrored Images.”

Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation will offer a recycled mug bird feeder preschool program at 10 a.m. Nov. 5 at Mingo Creek County Park. The program will be repeated at 1 p.m. Bring an old coffee mug with a handle and a teaspoon. Bird food will be supplied. Cost is $1, and children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program. Registration is required; call 724-228-6867.

Southwestern Local Task Force 1 will meet from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 6 at the Intermediate Unit 1 central office, Coal Center. Featured presenters will be Deneen Chulick, director of Greene County Human Services, and Nicole Barak, children’s support coordination supervisor. Parents of children with disabilities and personnel from agencies and school districts in Washington, Fayette and Greene counties are encouraged to attend.
