Nazareth Baptist Church, Washington, will install the Rev. Eugene C. Beard Jr. as pastor at the 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday services.

Beard attended the Pittsburgh Public School System and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. He also received certification in Christian education and a diploma in theology from American Baptist College.

The Rev. J. Van Alfred Winsett, pastor emeritus of Ebenezer Baptist Church, will be guest speaker at the morning service, and the Rev. Bruce A. Beard of Transformation Ministries, Atlanta, Ga., will speak at the afternoon service.

Dinner will be served at 1:30 p.m.
