Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation will offer a needle and yarn craft workshop at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mingo Creek County Park Office. The craft will be a burlap door hanger. Participants should bring a wire clothes hanger and a pair of scissors. The burlap fabric and refreshments and a snack will be provided. The fee is $4 and registration is required.
