For the seventh consecutive year, Paul A. Tershel, owner of Tershel & Associates Law Firm in Washington, was named to the 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Each year, less than 5 percent of lawyers in the state receive the honor. Tershel also received a “superb” rating of a perfect 10 on the AVVO legal advisory website for professional achievement and abilities for attorneys nationwide. Jarrod T. Takah, an associate at the firm, was named to the 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list. Each year, less than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive the honor. Tershel has been admitted to serve on the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Takah, a graduate of Westminster College and Duquesne University School of Law, has been with the firm since 2008. He is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
