The Rev. Dr. Leroy C. Harris of Canonsburg earned a doctorate of divinity from the College of the Open Bible and Seminary. He has spent 35 years in the Christian ministry, and his dissertation was titled “Bread From Heaven!” He is a 1974 graduate of Clairton High School and is a certified addiction counselor at City Mission.

James S. Markley of Deemston Borough graduated from California University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a master’s degree in legal studies. He is a 2001 graduate of Waynesburg College and a 2013 graduate of California. Markley is retired.
