Mary Gibson Irey of Washington will celebrate her 100th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Presbyterian SeniorCare, Chapel Administration Building, 835 S. Main St., Washington. Cards may be sent to Mary Irey, 880 S. Main St., Room 204, Washington, PA 15301.

Mrs. Irey was born March 27, 1915.

Her husband is the late Arthur Irey.

She has one son, Jim Irey of Washington, and two grandchildren, Kathy Irey Booher and Janet Irey.

Mrs. Irey is a member of the Amwell Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and Lagonda Homemakers. She enjoys quilting and gardening.
