Blind association offers scholarship

Washington-Greene County Blind Association is offering a $1,000 scholarship.
The Richard T. Robinson Scholarship is open to a Washington or Greene County resident who is either legally blind or visually impaired, or is the child, grandchild or sibling of a visually-impaired person.
Those who plan to pursue a career working with the visually impaired or those with special needs also may qualify.
