Trinity High School is among 100 finalists in the Celebrate My Drive contest and is eligible for a $100,000 grant. Today is the deadline to vote at www.celebratemydrive.com. Twenty schools with the most votes will win a grant. Celebrate My Drive encourages teens to make positive choices when they begin driving.

Washington High School fan bus for tonight’s WPIAL playoff game against Freeport still has seats available. The bus will leave at 5:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from 8 a.m. to noon Friday in the athletic office.

Peters Township Recreation, Parks and Open Space Plan will hold an open house from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Community Recreation Center, 700 Meredith Drive, Venetia. Auxiliary of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc. will hold a $5 jewelry sale beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday and Nov. 20 in the Education Conference Center at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Regional planning meeting, “Promoting Our Region as a Destination Point,” will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Ellsworth Sportsmen’s Club.
