Washington Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization will hold a cash bash Nov. 21 at the Alpine Club, 735 Jefferson Ave., Washington. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $25 and include food, beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages. Drawings for cash prizes will be held every 15 minutes. There also will be a 50/50 raffle and small games of chance. The first drawing is at 7. Participants must be at least 21 years old. For tickets, call Tara Sparks at 412-580-0593.
St. Louise de Marillac Parish Center & School, 320 McMurray Road, Upper St. Clair, will hold a “Joy of Christmas” Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 21. There will be 117 arts and crafters, a bake sale, candy sale and Chinese auction. Lunch and snacks will be available. Admission is $2.
Light-Up Night will be held at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 23 in the Central Plaza at Monongahela Valley Hospital. There will be entertainment, hot chocolate, Christmas carols and an opportunity to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Homemade baked goods and raffle tickets for decorative Christmas items will be sold by the Auxiliary of Mon-Vale Health Resources Inc. in the hospital’s main lobby.
Bridgeville Area Historical Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 24 in the Chartiers Room at Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department, 370 Commerical St. Allegheny County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Tarap will present “How Not to Be a Victim.”
Affordable Care Act and Medical Assistance Enrollment assistance will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Nov. 24 at Heritage Public Library, 52 Fourth St., McDonald. California United Methodist Church, 227 Third and Liberty streets, is taking orders for fresh-cut Christmas greens for cemetery and home use. All items must be ordered by Nov. 23 and will be ready for pickup at the church social hall from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 30.
