Christmas open house at the Shops of Scenery Hill will be held tonight through Sunday. Shops along Route 40 will display luminaries, serve refreshments and offer extended shop hours. At 8 p.m. today, there will be a lighting ceremony at Century Inn.

The Bradford House museum will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Small Business Saturday (Nov. 28) for tours and shopping. Admission is free.

Lemoyne Community Center will hold a kickoff event for Coco’s Christmas Tuesday at Texas Roadhouse in South Strabane Township. Ten percent of food purchased between 3 and 10 p.m. will be donated to the LeMoyne Center. Be sure to mention the center. Canned goods also will be collected and there will be a bake sale. Coco’s Christmas, which provides a free meal and toys to the community, will be held from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Dec. 18 at the center. Donations of cash and new and gently used items are being accepted. AFSCME Retiree Local 8402’s December meeting/Christmas party will be held at 1 p.m. Dec. 8 at VFW Post 191 in Canonsburg. For reservations, contact Millie Pomfret at 724-229-5871 by Tuesday.

Chartiers-Houston Class of 1957 will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Tower Restaurant.

Canon-McMillan High School Counseling Department will host a Financial Aid Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium.
