California Rotary to host derby party
A “Hats & Horses” Kentucky Derby viewing party will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 7 at Nemacolin Country Club, 3100 National Pike West, Beallsville.
Sponsored by the California Rotary Club, the event will feature a hat contest for women, derby attire competition for men, friendly wagering, basket auctions, mint juleps and Southern fare.
Tickets are $50 per person or $90 per couple. Tickets are available by calling Cherie Sears at 724-330-5525 or from any member of California Rotary.
