Astfalk – Houston
Lauren Houston and Julio Astfalk were united in marriage August 6, 2016, at Shady Elms Farm in Hickory. Minister Paula Flint officiated the ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Scott and Linda Houston of Venetia. Her grandparents are the late Dave Houston, Doris Houston and the late Elmer and Dorothy Russell.
Parents of the groom are Ed Moyer and Rose Astfalk-Moyer of Washington.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor for her sister was Amanda Houston.
Aaron Bucci, best friend of the groom, served as best man.
The bride is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and California University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Astfalk is a graduate of Trinity High School and California University of Pennsylvania.
A reception was also held at Shady Elms Farm.
